Modelling diary:
The whole model took me about one and a half week to finish, with time spent mostly on the evenings and weekends. Texturing took about 3 days, which ate up most of the my spare time on the weekend as I try to replicate it as close to the film version as possible. Complete with as close to real life accurate markings and engravings.
Of course, the most hardest part in terms of modelling is attempting to get the damn proportions as correct as possible. Without an IRL or airsoft model to use as a reference, I have to solely rely on reference photos and blueprints found on Google Images. So some parts will definitely look a bit off.
